About

My working life started at Fred Dawes in 1960 as an apprentice TV service engineer.
I did 4 year collage at Openshaw Tech.
and stayed in the Television Service trade until I was made redundant in 1986.

I then got a job as a service engineer and later as a Technical support engineer
for a company that services and supplies POS equipment ie: Printers Display and Tills.

I am still employed with the same  company on a part time basis now, as the thought of retirment turns me cold.

I have many interest to keep me out of mischief, mainly electronic design, and photography.
